The hotel location was great, with an amazing sea view and big comfortable rooms with excellent shower facilities. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with lots of options and a comfortable seating area.

The central heating system was too strong and we couldn't manually adjust the temperature in our room. The indoor swimming pool required guests to purchase swim caps, which we found unreasonable as this was not communicated beforehand.

This hotel is located a bit far from the city center, but there are plenty of shops and dining options around Aloha City Plaza Mall, which is within walking distance. the rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable, but some surfaces need renovating. the staff is friendly and accommodating, they try their best to speak English. the breakfast buffet is tasty, with many options.

The wardrobe in the room is tiny with little space for clothes and there is no extractor hood in the toilet.

A luxurious experience awaits here! the exclusive amenities were all we could have dreamed of, including an impressive indoor swimming pool, leisure/ TV room, and spa lounge. the restaurant and bar/lounge area didn't disappoint either, with delicious in-room breakfast offered as an extra perk.

There was only one minor issue of the heated swimming pool being overly hot, but the attentive staff was quick to solve the problem. So, we were able to enjoy the pool with a view without any further delay.

We loved the excellent seaview, big and comfortable bed, and spacious bathroom with shower and big bathing tub. The hotel also offers a lot of facilities including gym, pool, meeting rooms and club lounge. The breakfast and dinner buffet are very good with many fresh and tasty options. The staffs are great too, friendly and always solved our request straight away.

The hotel boasts an indoor pool and a gym that are perfect for relaxation and keeping fit during a city break. the location is conveniently close to a range of shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. the hotel rooms are clean and spacious, offering a comfortable stay during the trip.

The staff often appeared disinterested and unhelpful, which was disappointing. the air conditioning units in the rooms were outdated and struggled to provide adequate cooling, particularly during the hot summer weather.

Excellent seaview, spacious room with comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom, silent and private area, convenient storage room, great buffet meals.

Don't have any issues at all.
